Mr Nyaupane is a development professional with more than 10 years of working experience. He has strong networking, communication, managerial and participatory decision making skill. He has been involved in the HIV/STI program in Far-west and Mid-west Programme as Master trainer. He has also been involved in developing new ideas and designed new approaches to motivate community for self-health care through public health strategy; behavior change communication, community mobilization , awareness, events and campaigns. He has completed Masters in Sociology with Proficiency Certificate in General Medicine (HA) IOM background.
